As a mum who has attended every single appointment Jakes had from hearing, vision, hospital admission, doctors, I can honestly say Fridays audiology appointment with Sarah Vokes was by far the most informative, relaxed and productive appointment we’ve ever been to.
Sarah herself has the most calming persona. After doing a hearing test, Sarah explained to Jake how the hearing aids work, how they will benefit him, listened to his concerns and was able to give answers for those concerns and put his mind at rest.
Sarah showed Jake how to put the domes in which was new for him as he’s worn ear molds for the last 22 years, with a bit of help from Molly he soon got used to it.
Sarah explained how the app works and how to use it, guiding him through every section, from volume, bass, situations, music and the benefits of all the functions.
All in all it was a very pleasant appointment and that was down to Sarah being the amazing person she is, you couldn’t ask for a more friendly, knowledgable, professional, calm and fun person.
